The Optikos engineering team is the largest independent optical engineering group in the world. We’re passionate about our field, and we thrive on solving difficult–sometimes seemingly impossible–problems and challenges for our clients.

Our technical team has broad engineering design skills and decades of education and experience, ranging from Ph.Ds. to highly-skilled technicians who collaborate to work on a variety of optically-related engineering efforts. Our diverse teams of optical, mechanical, electrical and software engineers enable Optikos to offer a range of skills that is not typically encountered or developed in most in-house engineering departments.

We know how to design products, assemblies and instruments that work, and have received dozens of patents for original designs and innovative thinking, but our most gratifying achievements are the technical and commercial successes of our clients’ products.
