Stephen D. Fantone, Ph.D., Prof. Duncan T. Moore, Ph.D., and Stephen J. Fantone with MS in Optics degree
Stephen J. Fantone received his MS in Optics from the University of Rochester, Institute of Optics on May 20, 2017. His advisor, Duncan T. Moore participated in the graduation and celebration, along with dad, Stephen D. Fantone, who received his Ph.D. from the Institute in 1979 and also was advised by Professor Moore.
Steve J. has been employed by Optikos since 2005, most recently as IQ Lab™ Engineer; his brother Dennis Fantone received an MS in Optics from the Institute of Optics in 2012 and joined Optikos in 2016 after four years as an optical engineer with MIT Lincoln Laboratories.
