OpTest™ MTF Testing System
Optikos' OpTest™ MTF Testing System Software is a flexible and modular package for characterizing the optical performance of an optical imaging system. Combined with the appropriate OpTest hardware, the modules of the OpTest software allow complete control of the optical testing parameters and help coordinate test set-up, data acquisition, processing, logging, and presentation. Unlike other products or “home-grown” test systems that require separate software packages for image analysis, motion control, and signal processing to operate simultaneously, an OpTest system integrates all computer control requirements into a single package. As a result, the OpTest system is easy to use and inherently stable.
The suite of Microsoft® Windows® style modular controls uses intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) objects to perform each function. There are separate control windows for each basic function: motion control, image acquisition, test system configuration, data acquisition, and signal processing. The interface gives immediate access to the controls and status of the system hardware without the need to work through DOS menu trees or a command line interface.
