The heart of our electro-optical testing system is our advanced software measurement package called I-SITE™ (Imaging System Integrated Test and Evaluation). I-SITE is the most flexible test suite commercially available, testing discrete components or complete systems through a diverse range of options. I-SITE is designed to provide measurements at any point in the signal processing chain for any type of electro-optical imaging system.

The I-SITE software package is designed specifically for connecting Optikos modular source units, positioning equipment, and input devices to Windows® compatible systems.

I-SITE is designed to provide measurements at any point in the signal processing chain for any type of electro-optical imaging system.I-SITE ™ is the control software of a complete electro-optical test system. A range of standard I-SITE modules is available along with unique modules and accessories for making specialized measurements. By using the appropriate Optikos hardware, it is possible to create several system configurations. This hardware includes:

Source Units
· Model TTG Thermal Imager Test Target Generator
  Generates a uniform thermal test pattern for testing thermal imagers.
· Model VLS Variable Luminance Source
  Generates a uniform visible test pattern for testing visible, especially low-light level, imagers.
· Model MRC Minimum Resolvable Contrast Source Unit.
  Provides visible and near infrared target patterns with controllable contrast for the testing of imaging systems.
· Video Pattern Generator
  Provides a characterized electrical input to a video acquisition system.

Input Devices
· Model 600 Photometric Camera
  Tests visible displays by simulating the human eye response.
· 2D I-SITE MTF Modules
  Test systems where the final output is electronic.
· 1D I-SITE MTF Module
  Test at different points in the signal processing chain.

Motorized Stages
· Source Scan Drives (for testing sampled systems)
  Provides horizontal and vertical scanning of the source unit to test sampled imagers.
· Rotary Platform
  Makes azimuth and elevation angle control for imagers under test.
· Motion Control System
  Provides the computer control and power for motorized stages.

Collimators for Electro-Optical Testing
· Makes the source target pattern appear to the system under test as if it is at infinity.

Calibration Units
· Model 800 Radiometer
  Measures radiometric temperature and spectral radiance.
· Model BBS Blackbody Source
  Provides a calibrated radiometric standard
