The Optikos IOL-5000 Lens Measurement System is designed to measure the optical properties of Intraocular Lenses (IOL). Powered by Optikos's patented VideoMTF Image Analysis System, the IOL-5000 can test both monofocal and multifocal IOLs.

The IOL-5000 meets the requirements of ISO 11979-2 and the FDA Intraocular Lens Guidance Document (draft guidance). It measures both theModulation Transfer Function (MTF) and Dioptric Power of monofocal IOLs using the referenced techniques.

Unlike other commercial instruments,the IOL-5000 can also evaluate multifocal lenses.The Image Analyzer stage supports off-axis and through focus scanning, critical measurements in product validation for pre-market approval.

The IOL-5000 offers a more flexible bench configuration and applicationsoftware.The macro language availablein the VideoMTF software package allows easy customization of measurement routines.
