Infrared Radiometer
Problem
Need a reliable, accurate instrument to radiometrically calibrate MRDT / NETD test stations used in the manufacture of LWIR and MWIR Thermal Cameras; Must be easy to use and have the ability to self- calibrate to allow annual re-calibration of these test stations.
Solution
The robust Optikos RAD-900 Radiometer with the associated BBS-200 Blackbody allows easy regular calibration of MW and LW test stations. It makes precise measurements of radiometric temperature and spectral radiance. The available angular scan base allows automatic scanning of the entire test station. The built in IR verification source checks calibration status and the Boresighted camera and visible laser enable rapid alignment to the target region of interest.
